I direct, edit, and write films.
My past short narrative films BAD THINGS and THE LETTER E did the indie film festival circuit, winning awards at Bend Film, Sidewalk Film Festival, Women Texas Film Festival, Deep in the Heart Film Festival, and Austin Revolution Film Festival.
Right now, I’m directing a documentary project about LGBTQIA+ activism in the state of Florida, and editing and producing a film about historical landmarks, preservation and how history gets told.
I also teach. Between 2019 and 2023, I was overseeing the University of Texas’ Los Angeles campus as the director of the UTLA Program and an assistant professor in the department of Radio-Television-Film. These days, I teach production at LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
